Our toolmakers implements the maintenance and ensures the production of prototypes and production tools, also in time-critical situations.

On 2,500 m² production space we coat small and large parts up to a size of 2000 x 1250 x 300 mm and a maximum weight of 300 kg. On request, we coat components in any RAL colour shades and special colours and a smooth, fine and coarse structure and in different gloss levels.

The „Arburg Allrounder“ produces components in small, medium and large series. With a distance between tie bars of 420 x 420 mm and a tool clamping force of up to 100t, the injection moulding process allows the production of components in all colours and shapes. In addition, our In-house toolmakers ensures the maintenance and the production of prototypes and production tools, also in time-critical situations.
